Forest pushed hard late on, forcing a couple of late sights of goal through Murillo and Wood, but couldn't find an equaliser as Arsenal held firm despite dominating possession throughout at nearly 74%. A hard-fought away win for the Gunners.

Arsenal are seeing out the win they deserve after Madueke's finish. Forest have thrown on Wood and Hudson-Odoi in search of a leveller and nearly got one when Murillo fired wide in added time, having already seen Wood's effort blocked.
